This was actually the best meal I've ever had. The food was so fresh and well seasoned. Our server was amazing and very attentive. The ambiance is nice and feels special. I would definitely come back.

One of my favorite restaurants to visit for any occasion, recently came here with friends from out of town. I think we ordered almost everything on the menu. The sourdough was always a favorite, also if you know the bruschetta. The pancetta was super juicy with the right amount of crisp. We enjoyed two orders of the gnocchi and the steak, surprisingly tender, and delicious. I was a little underwhelmed by the strawberries and cream, but still a nice touch after the meal.

The menu doesn't adequately convey the complexity of the food here. We had an outstanding meal in this cozy Queen Anne restaurant. Simple dishes like sourdough bread come alive with spreads featuring fennel or roasted garlic and balsamic. The "bruschetta" is actually crostinia spread with smoked fish dip. And, most stunning of all, a pappardelle was infused with orange zest, mint, and chili oil. Truly the best pasta dish I've ever had. Service by Martin was stellar. He was a great host, waiter, and informant about all of the dishes. The bar is turning out great cocktails, while the wine list leans more toward austere whites and international reds. While compact, the dining area is not overly noisy. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

Hadn't been here in awhile, so took my husband for Father's day brunch, since brunch is now an option! Service was great as usual. If it's a cool day you're probably better off sitting outside by the heaters, as inside was quite cool. My savory Dutch baby was delicious! Also good cappuccino and latte. My husband's porchetta(!) was very juicy and tender, and flavorful, but not of porchetta. No sign of the porchetta spices fennel, rosemary, garlic. We told our server, who checked with the kitchen, and said it was an aberration, took it off the bill. Poached eggs were perfect, and greens flavorful.
